I just signed up to receive your free e-book in conjunction with purchasing Paleo Eats & all I seem to have done is sign up to your site? How do I access my free gift as I’d like to view it, use it & THEN decide if I want to join you… Thanks for your time on this.

    Hello,
I have 6 children all with bad eczema, asthma, and many, many food/environmental allergies/sensitivities and am working up my courage to do the GAPS with my family, but am slowly becoming more okay with it, and am looking for the most family friendly (6 kids) cookbook to help me get REAL food ideas…I need simple, easy, normal foods…my kids wont eat lamb.
    Thanks for any recommendations!

      Hi Jennifer,
I have to apologize for my delay in getting back to you.. My website is still working out some kinks. ūüôā The book I most recommend is the Heal Your Gut Cookbook by Hilary Boynton and Mary Brackett. It is actually available in my Amazon store. The reason why I like this book so much is that it is broken up into stages, and the recipes are kid friendly. Both Hilary and Mary are moms who did GAPS with their families. I actually interviewed them recently for my GAPS Club podcast, and once that goes live, probably at the end of this month, I will be doing a book giveaway for people who sign up for the GAPS Club program. I think the key is recognizing the healing foods, and you will be surprised how your kids’ palettes do change. I know it seems daunting, but once you start seeing the progress, you will be amazed. Good Luck!!!
